- Gelatin — 15 g

- For cobwebs: Chocolate Black — 80 g
- For witch hat: Confectionery mastic black, white, orange
Cooking steps:
- Prepare all the food you need to make web Halloween muffins. Eggs and milk should be at room temperature. Whisk the eggs in a deep bowl. Pour in butter, milk, and essence, continue whisking.
- Add all dry ingredients — flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, a pinch of salt.

- While the muffins are baking, prepare the cream. Whisk the sugar and sour cream, add the cream cheese, cut into pieces, continue beating until smooth.

- It is better to take a gel dye; it works well in a cream. Start by adding a few drops, as it is different for every manufacturer.

- Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions in a small amount of water, cool it, gently insert it into the cream, continuing to beat. At this stage, the cream will become thinner, but don’t let that scare you. Put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes — it will take the desired shape.

- When the Halloween muffins are completely cool, apply the cream and send it to the refrigerator until wholly solidified, for 30 minutes.

Decor for Halloween muffins
Spider web:
- For the spider web, we need a dark chocolate bar and a pastry bag. Break the chocolate, put it in a bag, put it in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
- Place a piece of cling foil on a hard, flat surface with the glossy side up, cut a corner off the pastry bag. Draw cobwebs with melted chocolate, refrigerate for a while to freeze the blanks. Carefully remove the spider webs from the foil.

Witch hat:
I had only white mastic; I dyed it myself, adding a few drops of gel dye and kneading it like a regular dough.
- Pinch off two pieces of black mastic, blind from a tiny circle, roll out with a rolling pin. On the other, you need to mold a cap with a strong base. Roll the orange mastic thinly, cut into thin strips, glue a white mastic buckle in the middle. You should have a belt.

- Glue a belt at the base of the cap, cut off any excess. Place the lid on the circle clearly in the middle so that the same hat’s brim. Press down well on both blanks.

Notes
- To easily remove the chocolate from the foil, sprinkle cooking spray on the surface of the foil.
