  • 2,5 lbs Thinly sliced beef bottom round
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp *Curing Salt
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Liquid smoke
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Molasses


  • In an enormous container, combine all ingredients, ensuring that meat is thoroughly coated.
